Niche:

This online store has been on the market for five years, they sell throughout Ukraine. The main warehouse of the store is located in the Dnieper.

Shop magazinstrumenta.com.ua offers:

  • selection of suitable power tools;
  • tools and furniture for service stations;
  • car tool kits;
  • branded compressors;
  • carpentry tools;
  • tools for home and garden;
  • service and post-warranty maintenance of goods.

Situation:

Despite a good website, a pool of regular customers, and a reputation in the market, there were two significant problems in this project that made it difficult to promote:

Competitive niche and lack of USP. All competitors in this niche have a large assortment of goods, they work with the same brands, there are guarantees and complaints, there is no free delivery. Most competitors have been on the market for a long time. Magazininstrumenta.com.ua competes in the search both with marketplaces and with the same local market players in this niche.

The budget for promotion is clearly less than that of major competitors.

Task:

The client formulated the task for contextual advertising specialists as follows: set up and launch shopping campaigns, set up analytics.

The main KPI is the growth of transactions, we received lists of priority products with competitive prices from him and got to work.

Action:

What did we do:

  1. Segmentation was carried out, smart shopping was divided into categories.
  2. Switched shopping campaigns to smart shopping.
  3. Separated the top selling brands into separate shopping campaigns.
  4. Connected search campaigns for top categories.
  5. We tested products after gathering statistics in shopping campaigns.
  6. Added dynamic search campaigns.

Weekly:

  • controlled goods and removed unprofitable items.

Daily:

  • removed inappropriate search queries;
  • controlled the issuance of top sales positions.

At the end of two months of work, the growth of transactions was already 320%.
